Rule 103 - FAILURE TO PROSECUTEUnless it is demonstrated that no undue delay and no prejudice has been caused to the opposing party by the failure to comply with these rules or the Rules of Appellate Procedure, the following shall be deemed good cause for dismissal of an appeal:
(A) Failure to cause the record on appeal to be timely transmitted to the clerk of this court. App.R. 11(C);(B) Failure to timely file a brief with assignments of error and issues presented for review.
