Section 12 - Effective Date Of Procedural Rules, And Administrative Rules Or Orders
12.1 Each final action taken by the Supreme Court on a procedural rule or administrative rule or order becomes effective on the 30th day after the date of adoption or repeal unless otherwise ordered by the Supreme Court.
