(a) The above named parties are required to attend separate mediation orientation sessions in order to prepare for mediation, and shall attend mediation sessions in order to discuss and resolve issues related to their parental rights and responsibilities and related issues.

*If you know this mediator and have a conflict of interest, please notify the Family Mediation Program Administrator at 701-328-2695 within 3 days of receipt of this order.

(c) Each party must contact the mediator immediately upon receipt of this order and schedule and participate in a pre-mediation orientation session within 10 days of this order.

(d) The parties must complete mediation within 50 days of this order unless the mediator and the parties join in a request to the Court for additional time to mediate.

(e) Any failure to appear for pre-mediation orientation sessions or mediation sessions may result in issuance of an Order To Show Cause to the party who failed to appear. The mediator and the parties will make their best efforts to schedule orientation and mediation sessions within the time frame set forth here and within reasonable times that take into account each person's needs.

(f) The mediator assigned to the case has a legitimate interest in the proceeding and is therefore granted access to the juvenile court files and records related to this matter under N.D.C.C. 27-20-51(2)(a).
