EXPLANATORY NOTE Rules 78 and 79, FRCivP, concern motion day and books and records kept by the clerk of court, respectively. Because these subjects are adequately covered in North Dakota statutes and rules, these two rules were not adopted for North Dakota. See Section 11/17/2001, N.D.C.C.
