EXPLANATORY NOTE Rules 72, 73, 74, 75, and 76, FRCivP, concerning appeals, were abrogated, effective 7/1/1968 .These rules were never adopted for use in North Dakota. See the North Dakota Rules of Appellate Procedure for procedure to be followed in this State.
