Rule 27-304 - Oral argumentA.Oral argument. Upon the filing of the response in the proceedings, the Supreme Court may schedule oral arguments or may consider the record of proceedings and the recommendations of the commission without further argument of the parties.B.Time for argument. If the Court orders the presentation of oral argument, the time for oral argument shall not exceed thirty (30) minutes on each side unless the time is extended or restricted by the Court.C.Nonappearance of parties.
