Rule 305 - [Panel Hearing to be scheduled within 6 months of return date]

519-B Panel Hearing shall be scheduled within 6 months of the date the defendant is served with the Summons and Complaint unless extended for good cause by the Chairperson as more particularly provided in RSA 519-B:4, II and VI.
