Rule 9 - Signatures on Court-Issued Electronic Documents(a) A document requiring a judge's signature shall be deemed signed if it bears one of the following:(1) the typed symbol /s/ followed by the typed name of the judge (example: /s/ John Smith); or(2) a graphic representation of the judge's signature.(b) A document requiring a clerk's signature shall be deemed signed if it bears one of the following (1) the typed symbol /s/ followed by the typed name of the clerk (example /s/ John Smith); or(2) a graphic representation of the clerk's signature.:N.H.
