Rule 2.27 - Decrees in Parenting Petition Actions

All agreements and proposed decrees in parenting actions shall be set forth in the following order of paragraphs. "N/A" may be used to denote paragraphs that do not apply to a particular situation.

(1) Parenting Plan and Uniform Support Order

(2) Tax Exemptions for Children

(3) Guardian ad Litem Fees

(4) Life Insurance

(5) Enforceability after Death

(6) Restraining Order

(7) Other Requests
