Every attorney admitted to practice law in Nevada, specially admitted by a court of this state for a particular proceeding, practicing law here, whether specially admitted or not, or whose advertising for legal services regularly appears in Nevada is subject to the exclusive disciplinary jurisdiction of the supreme court and the disciplinary boards and disciplinary panels created by these rules.2.
