Rule 91 - Duties of Treasurer The treasurer shall:
1. Take charge of all funds paid into the state bar and deposit them in some bank to be selected by the board of governors. 2. Cause books of account to be kept, which shall be the property of the state bar and which shall be open to the inspection of any officer, committee or member of the state bar, during usual business hours. 3. At each meeting of the state bar, make a full report of revenue and expenses since the previous annual report, together with a list of all outstanding obligations of the state bar. The books of account shall be audited annually. 4. Perform such other duties as are imposed upon him or her in carrying out these rules and other regulations.Amended effective 7/1/2021.
