Rule 74 - Certificate and License; Fees1. If an applicant for a license to practice as an attorney and counselor at law is duly qualified, the supreme court shall admit the applicant as an attorney and counselor at law in all the courts of this state, and shall direct an order to be entered to that effect upon its records. The applicant shall be issued a certificate of such record, which certificate shall be the license. 2. Every person before receiving a license to practice law shall pay the fee required by NRS 7.030. This fee shall be included as part of the filing fee for the application for admission to practice law, shall be paid at the time of filing said application, and shall not be refunded for any reason.
