Rule 6 - Use and construction of the rules(a) Whenever the judge who will try the case, upon motion of a party, or upon the judge's own motion, determines that a case should not follow regular procedures according to these rules, the judge may make such orders as deemed advisable for all subsequent proceedings.(b) These rules shall be liberally construed to secure the proper and efficient administration of the business and affairs of the court and to promote and facilitate the administration of justice by the court.Nev.
