Unless otherwise stated, the rules in Part VII are applicable to all actions and proceedings commenced in the Eighth Judicial District Court. To the extent any rule in Part VII conflicts with the Nevada Rules of Criminal Practice, the Nevada Rules of Criminal Practice control.
