Rule 5.609 - In-person and virtual hearings(a) Unless otherwise directed by the court, all hearings except for evidentiary hearings, trials, and proceedings to show cause why sanctions should not be imposed shall be conducted by utilizing simultaneous audiovisual or telephonic transmission equipment.(b) A party filing a motion, opposition, or reply requesting an in-person hearing shall set forth the reasons for the request.(c) Upon a minimum of 7 days' notice, the court may schedule or reschedule any hearing as an in-person hearing for good cause.Added effective 6/10/2022.
