Rule 5.515 - Proposed orders

Parties may supply proposed orders to the court and opposing party at least 7 days prior to the hearing. Proposed orders may include such findings, conclusions, and orders as the submitting party believes relevant to each point in dispute in the proceedings. Unless otherwise directed by the court, a party may supply an editable electronic copy of a proposed order to the court's law clerk concurrently with the submission of the proposed order. The presiding judge shall direct what format is acceptable for such editable submissions or make other administrative directions relating to proposed orders.
