Rule 5.407 - Pick up of reports, tests, etc(a) An agent of an attorney shall be entitled to pick up lab tests, evaluations, and other documents that the attorney is entitled to pick up, upon presentation of a signed authorization to pick up papers on the attorney's behalf. Such an authorization shall provide in substantially the following form: Please allow my agent, ________________________, to pick up documents, records, or other papers being held for me by the court. I understand that I have the same responsibility for the items picked up as if I did so personally.

(b) Unless otherwise ordered, no party may personally pick up lab tests, evaluations, or other documents that are not to be copied or disseminated. Parties in proper person are entitled to read such documents in the courtroom or chambers or at such other place designated by the court.Added effective 6/10/2022.
