Rule 9.16 - Sealing of the record(a) In summary eviction appeals, if the district court reverses the decision of the justice or municipal court, the record shall be automatically sealed by the district court pursuant to NRS 40.2545.(b) In all other civil appeals, the record will not be sealed unless upon stipulation approved by or motion granted by the district court.Adopted April 26, 2024, effective 6/25/2024.
