Section 1-809 - When electronic court records and information are available(A) Electronic court records and information accessed at courthouse public access terminals will be available for public access in the courthouse during regular office hours.(B) Electronic court records and information which can be accessed remotely will be available for access at least during the hours established by the court for courthouse access, subject to unexpected technical failures or normal system maintenance.Amended June 6, 2018, effective 6/6/2018.
