Rule 7.08 - Executive Committee of the Board of Governors

There shall be an Executive Committee of the Board of Governors of The Missouri Bar. It shall be composed of the immediate past President, the President, President-elect, Vice-President and three other members of the Board of Governors to be elected by the Board. One of said members shall be elected from members of the Board enrolled in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, one from the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, and one from the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District. The Executive Director of The Missouri Bar, who shall be designated by the Board of Governors and who need not be a member of the Board, shall be a member ex officio of the Executive Committee, without vote, but entitled to fully participate in all meetings and discussions on any proposition before the Executive Committee.

Between the meetings of the Board of Governors, the Executive Committee may exercise such powers as may be delegated to it by the Board of Governors.
