Article X - Books and Records

The corporation shall keep correct and complete books and records of account and shall also keep minutes of the proceedings of its board of directors and committees and shall keep at the registered or principal office a record giving names and addresses of members of the board of directors entitled to vote. All books and records of the corporation may be inspected by any member of the foundation or board of directors, officer, or his agent or attorney for any proper purposes at any reasonable time.
