Rule 8.04 - [Effective 4/18/2024] IRRECONCILABLE DIFFERENCES DIVORCE(A) Unless excused by the court, in all irreconcilable differences divorce actions in which there are no contested issues to be addressed by the court, the attorney or party must appear before the court with MEC-stamped copies of the appropriate pleadings to request approval of the judgment and agreement.(B) The attorney must be prepared to answer all inquiries that may be raised by the court.Amended effective 4/18/2024.
