Md. R. Ct. Admin. 16-931
This Rule is new.
Committee note: As noted in Rule 16-902(a), pursuant to its Constitutional Rule-making authority, the Supreme Court has created a dispute resolution process that is efficient and credible and relies on the administrative expertise of judicial officials, with ultimate judicial review. There is no need in that process for actions for monetary damages, costs, and attorneys' fees against custodians.
