Rule 14-601 - Applicability

The Rules in Division 1 of Chapter 600 govern in rem foreclosure actions filed by a county or municipal corporation to satisfy delinquent taxes pursuant to Code, Tax-Property Article, §§ 14-873 - 14-876.
