An application for rehearing must be filed with the clerk on or before the 14th calendar day after the mailing of the notice of judgment, and no extensions of time therefor will be granted. Any brief in support of the application shall be submitted with the application and any additional or supplemental briefs shall be filed within 7 days thereafter. Any rehearing granted shall be submitted on the briefs filed.
