Upon making a determination recommending discipline of a judge, the Commission shall promptly file the original and a duplicate of the recommendation certified by the Chair or Chief Executive Officer of the Commission, the transcript, the findings, and the conclusions, with the Clerk of the Supreme Court, who shall immediately serve the judge with notice of such filing, together with a copy of such recommendation, findings, and conclusions.
