(a) An application for rehearing must be filed in original and duplicate with the Clerk of this Court, along with the filing fee set forth in Rule IV, on or before the fourteenth calendar day after the mailing of the notice of judgment, and no extension of time therefor will be granted. A copy of the application shall be mailed or delivered to opposing counsel.(b) [Effective June 1, 2024] Any party may file and serve an opposition memorandum, setting forth reasons why the application for rehearing should not be granted. The opposition must be filed within seven days of the date of the acknowledgment letter issued by this court. No extensions of this deadline shall be granted.
