Rule SCR 3.365 - Notice of appeal(1) A notice of appeal, if any, shall be filed within thirty (30) days of the final report of the Trial Commissioner. (2) The notice of appeal shall specify by name, the Appellant, and the report appealed from. (3) The notice of appeal shall be filed with the Disciplinary Clerk pursuant to 3.290. Ky. R. Sup. Ct.
