Rule SCR 6.040 - Commission meeting; procedures(1) The chief justice shall call the meeting of the commission. When assembled, it shall proceed to consider its nominations in whatever manner it selects. The commission shall not be limited in its deliberations to those who have applied but may nominate any qualified individual. (2) The chief justice shall submit the names of the three nominees to the governor by letter. The names shall be presented in alphabetical order with no expression of preference among them. Ky. R.
