Rule SCR 4.260 - Commission findings; order(1) The Commission shall make written findings of fact and conclusions of law which shall be filed with the record in the case. (2) A certified copy of the Commission's findings of fact, conclusions of law and final order shall be served on the jUdge or counsel immediately after entry. (3) The Commission shall make final disposition in formal proceedings as provided in this section within 180 days of notice of such proceedings, except that within such period or extension thereof the Commission may for good cause extend such period for a period or periods not exceeding an additional 180 days.
