(1) In the conduct of business for the Board and Committee, its members and employees shall be reimbursed for lodging, meals and travel expenses in accordance with the travel regulations of the Administrative Office of the Courts. (2) Whenever it appears to the Board or Committee that the above limitations will result in unfair hardship because actual and necessary expenses exceed the limits fixed, the Board or Committee may allow additional reimbursements.
