Section 11 - AOC Interpreter Directory(1) The Office of Language Access will maintain a directory of qualified interpreters who have satisfied the requirements set out in Sections 9(2) and 10(3) of these rules, including the requirements for maintaining certification/qualification status.(2) The Office of Language Access may publish the AOC Interpreter Directory as a resource for executive branch agencies or others seeking language access services.(3) To remain listed in the AOC Interpreter Directory, a qualified interpreter must meet the requirements set out in Sections 9(4) and 10(5) of these rules.Ky.
