Rule 3.603 - Uniform Transfers to Minors ActA. DESIGNATION AS "TRUST" CASES - Any action brought pursuant to K.S.A. 38-1701, et seq. shall, for administrative purposes, be designated a trust case and shall be assigned and dealt with in the same manner as actions involving trusts in accord with K.S.A. 59-103.
