1. Forms approved by the District Court and those developed by the Judicial Council Family Law Advisory Committee and adopted by the Kansas Supreme Court provide common Kansas-specific forms that attorneys and self-represented litigants can use in domestic cases. 2. These forms if filled out accurately and completely will be accepted for filing upon presentation to the Clerk of the District Court. 3. On review any motion which is illegible, incomplete or otherwise legally insufficient may be dismissed without prejudice to refiling by a District Court Judge provided the reason for dismissing the motion are recorded on the Court's docket. 4. The court may waive filing fee for a subsequent motion seeking the same relief for good cause shown. 5. Approved forms may be found at Kansas Judicial Council and Domestic Relations Court Forms.
