Rule 3.119 - Electronic Filing1. Pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 122, documents may be signed, filed and verified by electronic means, provided the same conform to Supreme Court standards pertaining to the same and are consistent with Supreme Court Rule 119 (regarding facsimile filing). 2. Consistent with Supreme Court Rule 119, documents may be filed by fax directly with the Office of the Clerk of the District Court. 3.
