Rule 3.111 - Conformed Copies of Pleadings to Adverse Party

Unless transmitted by computer or fax, sufficient conformed copies of every petition shall be filed to supply copies for defendants. Conformed copies of all subsequent motions and pleadings shall be delivered or mailed to all counsel of record with proper certificate thereon, and filed and served in accordance with K.S.A. 60-205 and K.S.A. 211, as amended.
