Rule 35.9 - Disciplinary board action upon report and recommendation of investigator

When the report and recommendation of the investigator is returned to the disciplinary board, the board must do one of the following:

(1) Dismiss the complaint and notify the complainant and the respondent of the dismissal.

(2) Cause the case to be docketed for consideration at its next hearing-meeting.
