Rule 2.74 - Correction or reduction of sentence2.74(1) The magistrate may correct an illegal sentence at any time. The magistrate may correct a sentence imposed in an illegal manner or may reduce a sentence: a. Within 10 days after the sentence is imposed.b. Within 10 days after the receipt by the magistrate of a mandate issued upon affirmance of the judgment or dismissal of the appeal.c.
