2.66(1)Multiple complaints. Two or more complaints against one defendant may be tried jointly.2.66(2)Multiple defendants. Two or more defendants may be tried together if they are alleged to have participated in the same act or the same transaction or occurrence out of which the offense or offenses arose.2.66(3)No joinder if prejudice. Complaints or defendants shall not be jointly tried if the court finds that prejudice will result to a party.2.66(4)Separate judgments.
