Rule 8.10 - Effective date of termination of Attorney's representation

Attorneys shall continue to be counsel of record until thirty (30) days after the entry of final Judgment or final order resolving all pending motions. Thereafter, any notice of a subsequent filing or initiation of subsequent proceedings shall be sent to all individual parties of record. Notice to a party's former attorney is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged as good practice.
