Pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 924 the approved mandatory parenting education program shall be determined by the Chief Judge from time-to-time and in accordance with the terms of any contract between the provider and the Office of the Chief Judge.
Except when excused by the court for good cause shown, all parties shall be required to attend and complete the approved parenting education program no later than 60 days after an initial case management conference.
The Court may impose sanction on any party willfully failing to complete the program.
