Rule 7-3.07 - Duties of Supervising Judge for Mediation of Civil Cases

The duties of the Supervising Judge for Mediation of Civil Cases shall include the following:

A. Approve or appoint mediator.

B. Hear motions to interpret all mediation rules.

C. Hear motions to disqualify a mediator.
