Rule 18.01 - ADMISSION OF WILL TO PROBATE - LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION(a) With a petition for probate of a handwritten will, in addition to a facsimile thereof, petitioner shall file a typewritten copy of the will and an affidavit of the petitioner or the petitioner's attorney that, to the best of their knowledge, the typewritten copy is correct.(b) With a petition for probate of a will in language other than English, in addition to a facsimile thereof, petitioner shall file a translation by a qualified translator who shall certify that the translation is correct.Ill.
