Rule 31.08 - ARRAIGNMENT AND PLEA(a) When all of the following circumstances exist, misdemeanor and traffic cases shall be set for arraignment not less than thirty (30) days from the date of the defendant's arrest:(1) The case has been assigned to the Misdemeanor Division; and(2) The defendant has been released on bail.(b) Arraignment in every type of criminal case other than as provided in (a) above shall be set as ordered by the Court.(c) The pre-plea report of the Court Services Department shall be prepared in accordance with Rule 32.04.Ill.
