Rule 11 - Manner of Filing(a)Electronic filing. A document will be considered filed when: (1) the document has been electronically submitted to the court's electronic filing system; and(2) the submission has been acknowledged and the document accepted for filing.(b)Converting conventional filing to electronic format.
