Information from electronic case management systems, including imaged documents, may be made available by electronic or paper reports, print outs, electronic files, imaged files, internal or external link to a primary or secondary data base, internet access, or by other means that provide the information or copies of documents without compromising the integrity of the electronic case management systems and data bases.
