Rule 8.1 - Informal Adjustment(a)Disposition by Informal Adjustment. After completion of informal adjustment, the court or its designee shall inform the clerk of court of the disposition of the case.(b)Notification of Judge. The case files or a report of informally adjusted cases shall be sent by the intake officer or intake supervisor to the juvenile court judge for review on a regular basis.(c)Informal Adjustment Agreement. An informal adjustment agreement shall be prepared on each case adjusted by a court officer and filed with the clerk of court by the officer adjusting the case. A copy of said agreement shall be furnished to the child and the child's attorney and/or legal guardian.Amended May 2, 2019, effective July 1, 2019.
