Rule 19.3 - Methods of Collection and Submission of Required Data Elements(a) Each juvenile court shall utilize its local case management system to collect the required data elements as listed in Rule 19.2.(b) Juvenile courts utilizing the JCATS (Canyon Software) case management system shall submit their data via automatic upload into JDEX.(c) Juvenile courts not utilizing the JCATS case management system shall either: 1. A court dependent upon the Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) for some or all of its intake and/or probation services, provide all required data elements to DJJ which shall enter it into JDEX on behalf of the court pursuant to a memorandum of agreement between DJJ and each such court; or2. A court independent of DJJ for all intake and probation services, manually enter the required data elements into JDEX until such court acquires a case management system capable of automatic upload consistent with JDEX technical requirements.Amended May 2, 2019, effective May 30, 2019.
