Rule 6-12.8 - DISCIPLINARY ACTIONThe board of legal specialization and education may refer a Florida Bar member who makes a misrepresentation of a material fact concerning the basic skills course requirement for disciplinary investigation as provided elsewhere in these Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.
