(a) An appeal to review a final judgment shall be pursuant Rule 9.110, Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, as amended.(b) An indigent respondent who requests the appointment of counsel for appeal must file an affidavit to establish entitlement to the appointment. The public defender of the circuit in which the respondent was determined to be a sexually violent predator shall be appointed to represent an indigent respondent on appeal.
